Mindy Winn

Paralegal

My Philosophy: Although I do this every day, this may be the only time our clients ever do. I strive to be sympathetic to their fears and concerns.
The best part of my job is: Working with our wonderful clients and amazing teams of local realtors and lenders.

Mindy and her family vacationed here in the Lowcountry and fell in love with the beauty of the area.  They made the move to Bluffton in 2006 to enjoy the family-focused atmosphere and all that the Lowcountry has to offer.

Before joining Olivetti, McCray & Withrow, Mindy worked at a handful of local law firms handling mostly real estate closings. She joined OMW in 2022 and absolutely loves the camaraderie and support of the amazing attorneys and paralegals here.  Mindy primarily works on real estate closings but also assists with estate planning and probate cases.

Mindy is originally from rural north Georgia (between Athens and Gainesville) and attended the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) where she earned a degree in Comparative Religion with a focus on Jewish Studies. Her first job out of college was at the Consulate General of Israel in Atlanta. She says, “It was an amazing place to work, and I met so many interesting people. I left there to work as a paralegal at a real estate law firm and the rest was history.”

When she’s not working, Mindy loves cooking, hanging out with her family, hiking, birding, and binge-watching Netflix with her husband and son.
